Aroyewun Urges Eligible Residents to Participate in APC Membership E-Registration
With only a few days left for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Membership E-Registration exercise, the Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, has called on eligible residents to take advantage of the opportunity to formally register with the party.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Aroyewun described the exercise as a key platform for citizens who align with the APC’s ideals of development, unity, and responsive governance to formally identify with the party.
He encouraged residents aged 18 years and above who possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN), and where applicable a Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC), to register without delay, noting that the process is designed to ensure proper documentation and inclusiveness in party activities.
The council chairman also appealed to party loyalists and stakeholders across the LCDA to mobilise support for the exercise, stressing that active participation would help strengthen the party’s democratic structure at the grassroots level.
According to him, broad participation in the e-registration exercise would contribute to building a stronger political foundation for the LCDA and securing a sustainable future for coming generations.
